To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to recommend Lynda Kizer for any of your dental consulting needs. I have had the pleasure of working with Lynda for the past year and have seen many improvements in that time period. She is by far the most professional consultant I have had the opportunity to work with.
I am less stressed when in the office because of the systems now in place. Our overhead numbers are watched closer and have been reduced. And our treatment plan acceptance is higher than ever. With Lynda’s help we have been able to form a wonderful team of staff members who willingly contribute and strive to achieve our office vision. She has given me many tools to manage and lead my team which have been extremely successful.
If you are looking for ways to eliminate chaos and stress in the office, align your team, or increase production Lynda has successfully demonstrated this over and over again.
Thank you Lynda!

I have worked with Lynda now for only 3 months, yet I can already see
and feel how my practice is running smoother, collections are up,
systems are being put in place, the staff members are all on the same
page, and my stress is reduced. She has years of experience
in the dental office, and when I have a question or problem, or just
when I need to know how other people are addressing a certain situation,
she has ideas and has seen what works in a dental office and what
doesn't. Lynda came highly recommended to me, and I highly
recommend her as well!

March 2008
I met Lynda Kizer six years ago under the duress of suddenly being a business owner by a practice transition. As a relatively new dentist I figured, if I knew how to practice good clinical dentistry I would inherently have a good practice. Erroneous! Incorrect! Coming to that realization and putting my ego aside, Lynda agreed to come to my rescue.
As I reflect on the years we have spent working together I am happy to report that the vision I held for my practice has come to fruition and more importantly, I have experienced personal growth beyond my expectations under Lynda’s tutelage.
I believe I’ve tested Lynda’s abilities in every aspect of practice management consulting to include: Leadership, Teambuilding, Hiring/Dismissal, Staff Management, Implementation of Office Systems, and Marketing. Whatever the task, Lynda has proven herself effective and successful in my practice. Results are paramount, but I truly enjoy working with Lynda because she has demonstrated to me a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and a great sense of humor.
My team and I still work with Lynda as we continue to grow our practice and its prosperity. Despite our successes, practice management is still my least favorite role as a dentist. If you share my sentiment, working with Lynda Kizer would be of great benefit to you, your team, and your patients.
Please feel free to contact me.

I’m pleased to recommend Lynda Kizer as a dental practice consultant to any dentist committed to furthering his/her practice both professionally and financially.
In my 18 years of practice, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several practice consultants, and Lynda has been, by far, the greatest help to my business. She is highly professional, business-wise, and personable. She’s also extremely committed to her work.
Lynda has been particularly successful in integrating a comprehensive set of systems into my practice while, more importantly, tailoring her consulting to the needs and uniqueness of my practice. In addition to monthly meetings with my staff, she frequently visits my office for mini discussions with me or for follow-up visits with my staff. My staff has found her both helpful and motivating. She also routinely fields phone calls from me or from my wife (business staff) regarding a variety of issues. During the past 10 months that I’ve been working with Lynda, she has resolved numerous problems and conflicts extremely well and in a timely manner.
In short, Lynda has and continues to be a huge asset to my dental practice.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Lynda Kizer for the past ten years. During this time we have worked together in a continuing education study club which Lynda organized and administered. She always kept the meetings interesting and informative and is the cohesive force behind the club.
Lynda has been our dental practice consultant for several years, and does an incredible job of keeping our large office staff on track. Her insight and wisdom, along with her excellent organizational skills, allowed her to establish lasting relationships with each of our office staff. She is very good at motivating and directing these people in a way that energizes the entire team. Whenever we are facing an office “crisis” I know that Lynda is only a phone call away land will do whatever it takes to solve the problem. All of our staff knows that they can talk to Lynda about matters that I can’t help them with.
Over the past 30 years I have worked with many so-called “practice consultants”. I have never worked with anyone with Lynda’s ability or knowledge. I hope she will be in business as long as I will be because she makes my life a lot easier.
Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:
I have worked with Lynda Kizer for the past four years. I am a general dentist in Denver practicing for the past 17 years. Lynda has been extremely helpful in all aspects of practice management. Lynda has many years of office management experience and this shows when organizing the dental office. Lynda’s ability to recognize the strengths of individuals in the practice and applying these strengths appropriately has been invaluable. Keeping the patient’s best interest in mind is priority when Lynda works with the office staff. Seeing the practice function efficiently and effectively while realizing full benefit to our patients is important to Lynda.
I am not one who communicates with my staff in the most effective way. Lynda has the ability to meet with me, gather my thoughts on philosophy, staff involvement, “practice orchestration’,etc., and explain to the staff in her unique way. It’s this ability to figure me out and educate the staff from our discussions, which has been extremely valuable to my practice.
Lynda is able to tailor her input to our practice based on our individual needs. Our practice is somewhat different in how we meet new patients, carry out a new patient experience, present treatment and complete treatment plans. Her approach to our office was very similar to our approach to a new patient. Lynda first met with me to gather information pertinent to my practice. This information was used to “properly diagnose” my practice. Lynda then compiled a complete (business) play for my specific individual situation and presented the plan to me in detail. Lynda was very persistent in seeing the plan be carried out as needed. It’s Lynda’s persistence that has made her service worth referring to any colleague in need of improving their practice regardless of their style. To repeat, Lynda’s strengths are her abilities to individually treat any practice needs.
Based on my experience with Lynda, I feel she can help any style of
practice meet their goals by utilizing her methods. After carrying out
the “Master Plan”, Lynda now makes herself available to me when I a
concern in my practice. Because she knows me and my practice so well,
Lynda is able to easily apply “touch-ups’ as necessary. The time Lynda
took in the beginning to know my practice has made the ongoing
consulting invaluable.
I would highly recommend Lynda Kizer to any dental consulting need and
please don’t hesitate to call if I can answer any questions.
Sincerely,

We have worked with Lynda Kizer for over six years and have been very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism she has brought to our office.
When we moved our practice in 1992 to the new location we had an extremely high overhead. Lynda has helped reduce our overhead to a normal standard within the dental industry. Along with reducing our overhead our production has increased at an annual rate of approximately 20%.
She has brought a very objective point of view to my practice. Lynda is always available when the need arises for a staff member or myself. We utilize her on a regular basis, at least twice a week. She also coordinates our staff meetings, bringing fresh ideas and solutions.
Please feel free to contact our office concerning our working relationship.

Lynda,
Thank you for your help in getting my practice “back on track” after some major staff chances last year. I think the most helpful aspects have been the personality profiles; the review of our systems; and for me specifically, being “forced” to ask myself some difficult questions and then answering them.
I have enjoyed working with you and hope I may call on you from time to time or even work with you again in the future if/when the need arises.
I hope all goes well with your mother in Texas this month.
Warmest regards,
Jon J. Whiteley, D.D.S.

To Whom It May Concern:
After leaving a five-year associate ship in a large group practice, I opened my own practice in 1994. It was slow going initially but after a year I added a hygienist to my staff and my new patient numbers were growing. I thought, “Wow, this is easy. My practice will continue to grow and things will be great!”
Unfortunately, that is not what happened. By 1996 my practice growth had slowed. I contracted with a dental referral service, which helped some, but not a lot. My overhead was high and my net income was practically non-existent. I was frantic. I called a colleague and started venting my frustrations. He encouraged me to call his consultant. He said she had made a dramatic difference in his practice. I lamented that I couldn’t afford a consultant—I was barely paying myself!
After several more months of doing the same things and getting the same poor results, I called my colleague again and asked for Lynda Kizer’s telephone number. He gave it to me and strongly encouraged me to call. I still didn’t contact Lynda until the end of 1997 when, out of desperation, I finally called. Lynda came to my office and did a practice analysis. She agreed: My practice had some serious problems and she proposed a multi-level, phased plan to correct them.
Since March of 1998, when Lynda and my team began working together, office production is up 48.94% and collections are up 47.42%, while working fewer hours. I am able to compensate myself and save some net income for future office improvements. Lynda introduced systems in scheduling, continuing care, financial arrangements and conflict management and trained my staff to implement these systems. She assisted us in the compilation of our Employee Handbook and under her guidance we published our first Patient Newsletter. She coordinated the staff meetings and monitors practice growth.
She is consistently available to coach both doctor and team members and has helped this practice achieve professional and financial goals never thought possible. Colleagues who know and envy my practice have been referred to Lynda and have enjoyed similar results. Every dentist in the quest for excellence benefits from her expertise.

I have been in the dental field for 24 years. The past six years I have managed a practice and had the opportunity to work with Lynda. We have had an increase in both production and collections. Staff morale has also increased and we all work harder as a team to achieve our goals each month. Lynda’s problem solving skills have been a great value to our practice. Our Practice couldn’t do without her as she is an important part of our team.

It has been my experience that Lynda Kizer can empower a team to their fullest potential. I have had the opportunity to work with Lynda for 15 years now in two different practice settings and I am always impressed with her ability to lead and direct a team to success. She is able to maximize the strengths of each team member while limiting their weaknesses. With her knowledge and experiences working in small and large practice she is able to bring a variety of solutions to any situation. This allows for “The Happiness Centered” practice to grow and results in great long-term relationship amongst both staff and patients.

As the office manager of a busy dental office, I have had the pleasure of working with Lynda Kizer for over five years. Through her management expertise, we have learned to implement many different systems in our office. Those systems have allowed us to bring much needed structure to our everyday routines. The systems have helped us to become orderly, detailed and consistent, not only with each other but also with the Doctor and our patients. That in turn has created a friendlier, smoother and more profitable dental office. We are more able to give our patients the very best care.
I would highly recommend working with Lynda Kizer. She is knowledgeable, caring and extremely patient in communicating her information. Your staff will benefit from working with her; there will be less stress and you will have a great time!

Working as a Dental Assistant since 1986, the past three years of my
career have been the most rewarding. Working with a mature newly staffed
dental tem, we have had the pleasure of working with Lynda Kizer.
Lynda is a warm and caring individual, and is always professional while working with a dental staff. Lynda is highly effective in leading a dental team to success and happiness. She is not only enthusiastic, but very charismatic when implementing systems to enhance the practice. This quality is important when challenging the comfort zones and personality differences among a dental staff.
My experience working with Lynda Kizer has been so positive, that I would highly recommend her consulting expertise. The transformation in your dental practice will take your team from ordinary to extraordinary.

Dear Lynda,
I would just like to send you a “thank you” note for all you have been and have done for our very successful practice. You still are a huge part of our practice always there with another reason to learn something new to incorporate for continued success. As Dr Joel Schaffers “right hand” business manager for over 25 years, the past 13 years has seen my own personal growth along with the practice’s due to your energetic, enthusiastic and enjoyable coaching of the team. You brought new and fresh idea’s we now call “systems” that gave the team great insight into becoming one as a team and to give the best we have to offer to our patients. Lynda, you are a huge part of our team and I can’t thank you enough for all you have brought to the success of our amazingly successful practice.
Blessings on your continued success.

The concepts and systems she has introduced to our office are now an integral part of our daily practice and have proven to be very successful over the years.
Lynda seems to have a natural ability to motivate and unify staff members which is immediately recognized by patients and in turn contributes immensely to the success of the business. She is truly an asset to our practice and her dedicated work and efforts are very much appreciated.
