About Lynda
Lynda Kizer is President, consultant and trainer for Lynda Kizer & Associates, Inc. She is noted for her expertise in business development, systems implementation, leadership and team building. Lynda has over 25 years experience in the dental industry, and has been serving Colorado dentists from her consulting firm since 1994. She has also successfully established and managed two non-profit organizations and several marketing and fund-raising campaigns outside of dentistry.
Lynda has published numerous articles in various dental publications. She conducts management seminars and is a speaker for the University of Colorado Dental School and various Study Clubs. Lynda has also served on the advisory Board for a non-profit Dental Clinic in Denver.
Lynda has been a member of The Academy of Dental Management Consultants since 2000. She also is a certified trainer for the Inscape Publishing Products (DISC) and also a certified BOP consultant in Employment Law Compliance.

Lynda’s mission is to make a positive difference in the business of dentistry that will create financial and personal success for the dentist and their team, while improving the quality of patient care.

Our philosophy is to help clients identify their own values and make decisions within the context of that belief system to achieve both professional and personal success. We personally provide objective, honest, ethical and creative solutions and systems to meet client goals and provide motivation and coaching to successfully implement the program.
